This is a reminder that the Radio Rally at Stockwell Park, Luton, is coming up on Sunday, 18th May 2025, with official event times from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Our club will have a stall featuring a range of club gear and other equipment for sale. If you plan to offer personal items for private sale, please note that these will be subject to a 10% commission fee.

To help ensure the day runs smoothly, we are seeking volunteers for: Hourly time slots between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Setup and pack-up assistance: starting at 7:00 AM and after the event ends would also be appreciated. See the pinned comment on our VARC WhatApp group and sign up.

If you’re able to assist or have equipment you’d like to sell, please contact the committee as soon as possible. I will prepare a rota, so do let me know your preferred time slots.
