At its May meeting Roger Bleaney, M0RBK gave Verulam Amateur Radio Club members a talk entitled ‘Achieving DX contacts with Vertical Antennas (in a modest garden)’.
He explained just what is achievable and encouraged quite a few Club members to re-think their installations. Even some of the older hands were impressed and some of the new comers to the hobby, inspired.
